Although these pages deal mostly with emotional abuse, there is a lot of overlap in the issues which abuse survivors of all sorts have to deal with. As always, take what you can use, and leave the rest.

Depression happens to many people for many reasons. Some items here deal with the depression newsgroups; others are survival tips, or insights into what it means to be depressed.

Humor is how I cope. If my life has been unusual, so perhaps is my sense of humor.

Software development, with all its frustrations, is a rich source. Sometimes too rich. It's not a safe place to keep your sanity.

Raging about life is another outlet for frustration. If you have to vent, please do it in good style.
