Who am I? My name is Diane Wilson, and I have worked in the computer industry for 20 years, in roles that included customer representative, planning, design, and usability, as well as software development. I am also a writer, with experience in narrative and technical writing. I view both computing and writing as forms of communication, and my goal is always to achieve that communication. My job is to make that happen, and to put my skills and experience to work in support of that goal.
